November 2022

Many parents ask “Which exam should my child take: the SAT or the ACT?” The response is to take both, early on in the process at the very least once, and see which exam your child prefers and does best on regarding score. After dedicating countless hours of prepping and sacrificed Saturdays to sit for these exams, he or she will definitely have a preference backed up by a score report that favors one exam over the other. After that, FOCUS ON THAT EXAM ONLY.

In my September blog, I discussed more about these exams, as well as a fabulous score conversion chart. For those who are wondering about SAT/ACT score conversions, here you go!  Below is the conversion chart I previously discussed where you can see composite SAT/ACT score concordance data. It converts SAT scores to ACT scores and vice-versa.
